01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
Welcome to indowd. This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and indowd ("Platform", "we", "indowd"). By accessing the indowd website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

Indowd reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to confirm user eligibility. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified period may result in temporary suspension or account closure.
03 Registration & Account Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Multiple account registrations are prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed without refund of balances.
During the registration process, you agree to:

- Not using another person's identity or false information during registration.
- Keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone.

Indowd shall not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
04 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the indowd platform are subject to the following policies:
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set according to the chosen payment method and may vary from time to time.
- All deposits must be made using a payment method registered under the same name as the indowd account holder.
- Indowd does not accept deposits from third parties or from unidentifiable sources.
- Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to successful identity verification.
- Withdrawal processing times depend on the chosen method and are typically completed within 1–3 business days.

05 Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements
Indowd offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions to registered members. All offers are subject to the following terms:
- Each bonus has its own rollover (wagering requirement) that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per user unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion terms.
